Waiting Room and the "WYE"

At this location, the Detroit United Railway (DUR) built a "wye" which was a Y-shaped track that allowed trolley cars to turn around and go in the opposite direction along the trolley track that paralleled the Grand Trunk Railroad track. Near the "wye" there was a DUR waiting room to shelter patrons.
