Making Modern Housing for Flint's Workers

As Flint was flooded with workers searching for opportunities, the housing industry had to address the shortage of housing. The Modern Housing Corporation was founded in 1919 as a subsidiary of General Motors to help combat the shortage and was instructed to build 1,000 houses in that same year.
