A Celebration of Horsepower on the 60th Anniversary of the Mustang

  • Event Description: The Ford Piquette Plant will host a Speaker Series presentation for the 60th anniversary of the Mustang. This presentation featuring Arthur Hyde, Associate Professor of Practice & Automotive Engineering Program Director at the University of Michigan. Professor Hyde’s 40-year career at Ford Motor Company spanned Mustang development from 1977-1997 and earned him the moniker “Mr. Mustang.” Professor Hyde will be discussing the history of the iconic Mustang and taking questions from the audience. There will be Mustangs featured inside and outside of the museum for the audience to see and light breakfast foods will be offered as well as coffee and juice. Tickets are $25 for members and $30 per person for non-members.
